Starting in 2002 BLOODWORK mix the
best parts of death and black metal to make extreme music that has a
passionate, dark atmosphere. The lyrics seek to stimulate peoples minds
and offer a ray of hope in this dying world. After a 2 song demo, 5
track EP last year and various live gigs around the UK, Europe and the
world, BLOODWORK are now well under way to release their first full
length album. When it's ready we'll let you know!
BLOODWORK enjoy playing live
a lot and have played at various festivals around the world
as well as many underground gigs in their hometown of London.
A new, self recorded 5 track EP entitled ‘Insufficient Flesh’
has just been released on the bands own label, the band wanting
to use it to build on the previous well received 'In His
Death' demo and pave the way for a full length towards
the end of 2005. Work on musicianship and songwriting continues
as they want to balance increasing heaviness and technicality
with songs that people enjoy.
